The Cullen Brothers first commission recently aired on BBC Radio 4 - a 5x 28 min comedy/drama series titled The Attendant - starring Patricia Allison, Will Merrick and Kenneth Collard. The show received high praise and was the ‘pick of the day’ in both the Radio Times and iPaper.

The series was loosely based on their multi-award-winning short film of the same name, which they wrote, directed and produced and starred Rob James-Collier (Downton Abbey) and Isy Suttie (Peep Show).
The project is now being developed for TV.

The Attendant tells the story of Alex, a hapless and hopeless romantic, who has worked the graveyard shift of an isolated petrol station for longer than he cares to remember. In the early hours, as Alex readies himself to embark on another flight of fancy, as a customer appears who might just change his world forever.
The film toured the festival circuit and picked up a number of awards, most notably; The Directorial Discovery Award at Rhode Island International Film Festival (BAFTA accredited), Best Comedy at the European Short Film Festival and Best International Short at LA Comedy Festival.
The Attendant was previously distributed by Shorts International and is currently available to stream on both Amazon Prime and Apple TV.
